Conference sign-up instructions  

PLEASE CREATE INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCES AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

Welcome to the FMS conference sign up platform! Winter conferences will be held from 4:00 - 7:30 PM on Thursday, February 1 and Thursday, February 8.  Families may sign up for in-person or phone conferences. In person conferences will be held in each teacher’s classroom. If a phone conference is desired, please enter your phone number for teachers to contact you.

Families may schedule a conference by clicking on the teacher’s name and selecting the desired time. Repeat the process to schedule additional conferences with individual teachers. It is possible to schedule separate conferences with all teachers in one day by scheduling the meetings in 15 minute increments  (ie., Mrs. Adelman at 5:00, Mrs. Brake at 5:15, Mr. Nichols at 5:30, Mrs. Goodwill at 5:45,  Mrs. Goldman at 6:00, and Ms. Soulsby at 6:15). It is also possible to schedule group conferences with all teachers at one time by scheduling the meetings at the same time (ie., Mrs. Adelman at 5:00, Mrs. Brake at 5:00, Mr. Nichols at 5:00, Mrs. Goodwill at 5:00,  Mrs. Goldman at 5:00, and Ms. Soulsby at 5:00).
