The steps of the scientific method:

1. Observe and ask questions.

2. Develop a hypothesis.

3. Plan an experiment.

4. Conduct an experiment.

5. Draw a conclusion and share results.

The three states of matter are: solid, liquid, and gas. ALL MATTER takes up space and has weight.

Solids have their own shape and can sit by themselves.

Liquids do not have their own shape, pour, and are wet.

Gasses are invisible and cannot be felt.
