Monday and Tuesday we will go over last week's test. We will then finish the last set of bell work questions. I will be collecting the Animals Book. We will then do two group work activities in class: and inference/observation activity and brainstorming matter/not matter lists. This is the introduction to the physical science Matter unit. Homework is for students to "play in the bath tub". They have been given three specific activites to do in the tub to prove that air is matter. Obviously, I can't check this, so the students need to be prepared on Wednesday to tell the class how it went.
Wednesday we will have a locker clean out during class. We will then read from the class set of books Introduction to Matter and take notes.
Thursday we have a Christmas surprise for the students.
