Hit It! is a self-advocacy support group for teens with hearing loss.  Our fourth meeting for this school year will be on Friday May 11th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Summit Educational Service Center.  Lunch will be provided!  To review, Hit It! has a mission to offer a nonthreatening environment for teenagers who have hearing loss to learn about hearing loss, technology, coping strategies, and support in order to become their #1 advocate.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the collaborators.  Carrie Spangler at or Jessica Hoefler at [ for more]

Join us Summit ESC located at 420 Washington Ave, Cuyahoga Falls for the presentation of "What's New in Ohio.  Presentor will be Mr. Gary Tonks, Executive Director of the Arc. This is our last PAC meeting for the school year, and is a great opportunity to learn about legislative issues, waivers, changes and updates in DD and Medicaid Services from Mr. Gary Tonks.
