Fall Unskating Party - October 31st

It's that time of the year!  Join us for our Halloween Fall Rolling Skating Party for people with disabilities and their families.  Wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes and shoes are permitted on the rink.  There is NO FEE, free skate rentals, and refreshments provided.  Wednesday, October 31st, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Springfield Lake Roller Rink, 1220 Main St, Lakemore.  Contact: Sandy Craft: Scraft@sepirates.org, Christina Matthews: christina.mathews@fieldlocalschools.org, Kelly Butler: kelly.butler@esc-cc.org

Building A Framework for Behavior At Home - Nov. 7th

This workshop will be presented by State Support Team Region 8 and Summit ESC in collaboration with the Autism Society of Greater Akron.  At the Summit ESC, 420 Washington Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, on November 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This session is for parents, caregivers, providers and educators of students with behavioral challenges with/without disabilities.

Summit Educational Service Center Pre School Program at Field Local Schools

Field Local Schools has partnered with Summit Educational Service Center to provide Field's preschoolers with the best start to their educational experiences. The integrated program is for children ages 3-5 and offered to children at economic disadvantage or educational risk, children typically developing, and children with disabilities. Shoes On My Feet!

If you are in need of shoes for your child, Salvation Army offers the "Shoes On My Feet" program that provides vouchers for school shoes and winter boots for children Kindergarten through High School in Portage County.
