English 11 Honors
Class Description:

Honors English 11 is a rigorous course requiring extensive analytical reading of literature such as foundational American documents, pieces representative of American Transcendentalism, and classics such as The Crucible, The Scarlet Letter, and Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. Writing literary analysis papers, literary comparison and contrast essays, and literary research papers will be emphasized. Students will leave the class prepared for the transition into A.P. Literature and Composition or Dual Credit Literature or Composition classes in their senior year.
