Tuesday, February 27:

There will be a modified schedule on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 for all FHS students.

  • Freshmen will not report to school.

  • Sophomores will report at the normal time to take the PRACTICE ACT.

    • The test is approximately 3 hours in length.

    • Students will be offered lunch and released at 12:15.

  • Juniors will report to school at the normal time to take the ACT.

    • The test is approximately 3 hours in length.

    • Students will be offered lunch and released at 12:15.

  • Seniors will not report to school.

    • Seniors may use this day as an opportunity to visit a college campus.

Although the daily schedule is modified, it is a scheduled day for sophomore and junior students. If they are not present, they will be marked absent.

Sophomores and Juniors - why should you be excited about this? Well, the ACT predicts academic success, determines college admissions and scholarship awards in addition to being free of charge to take on this day. If you take it on your own, it costs a minimum of $46.

Please direct any questions you have to the Guidance Office.
